  • Yes, your existing Marriott Vacation Club online credentials will also log you in to the app.

  • Although the app is accessible to all users, the following Marriott Vacation Club® Owners will be able to view vacation details and ownership information:
    • Marriott Vacation Club Owners of Weeks and/or Vacation Club Points
    • Marriott Grand Residence Club®, Lake Tahoe
    Use your existing Marriott Vacation Club online credentials to log in to the app.

  • The following Owners/Members do not have in-app access to ownership information but can review this information through their dedicated Owner website:
    • 47 Park StreetSM, Grand Residences by Marriott®
    • Marriott Vacation Club Asia Pacific Members
    • The Ritz-Carlton Club Members

  • A logged-in user cannot make ownership or rental reservation in the app at this time. However, a logged-in Owner can use the app to view points and/or weeks balances and start planning vacations.

  • Push notifications will provide you key information for your upcoming stays and helpful resort details. In the future additional alerts and important reminders will be sent out via push notification, as well.

  • To access your upcoming reservations in the app, log in using your Marriott Vacation Club online account credentials. Tap the “Reservations” tab on the bottom toolbar, and your reservation should appear.

  • If you will be a guest on property, first create a Guest Account within in the app. After the Guest Account has been created, tap the Reservations tab and select “Set Your Stay.” A drop-down menu containing each Marriott Vacation Club resort will appear. Locate and select your resort in the menu. Then confirm the dates you will be on property.

  • To access your ownership, log in using your Marriott Vacation Club online account credentials. Tap the “Ownership” tab on the bottom toolbar, and your points and/or weeks portfolio should appear.

  • Yes. Because most functions and features require current data to access, you must be connected to a telecommunications or wireless internet network to use the app.

  • Please remember to enable biometric authentication in your device’s settings before activating it on the mobile app.

  • Once your device’s biometric authentication has been set, you will be prompted to use your biometric signature whenever you log in.

  • If you decline to enable your biometric signature in the app, you can activate it later by visiting the app’s “Profile” and “Tools” sections.

  • Keeping the app up-to-date lets you enjoy the latest features and improvements as they arrive, ensuring you get the most out of your app experience.
