Marriott Ownership Resorts, Inc. ("Developer") Established the MVC Trust pursuant to that certain MVC Trust agreement effective March 11, 2010 by and between First American Trust, FSB, a federal savings bank, as trustee of land trust no. 1082-0300-00 (A.K.A. MVC Trust) ("Trustee"), Developer, and MVC Trust Owners Association, Inc.


This document includes record legal descriptions FOR PROJECTS DEVELOPED OR OPERATED BY DEVELOPER OR ITS AFFILIATES THAT CONTAIN INVENTORY WHICH ARE PART OF THE MVC TRUST ("PROJECTS"). THE MVC TRUST INCLUDES TIMESHARE ESTATES OR CONDOMINIUM UNITS LOCATED WITHIN THE PROJECTS, ALONG WITH OTHER REAL PROPERTY, BUT ALL TIMESHARE ESTATES OR CONDOMINIUMS WITHIN A PROJECT ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE MVC TRUST. ONLY THOSE TIMESHARE ESTATES OR CONDOMINIUM UNITS AND OTHER REAL PROPERTY THAT HAVE BEEN DEEDED TO THE TRUSTEE ARE PART OF THE MVC TRUST.
